Can a person 200 pounds Ride Yamaha Vino Classic?

My wife purchased Vino Classic (50cc) today, and when she got home the first thing by the manual and saw that he was 175 pounds weight limit, but its mass is about 200 pounds. It was really sad that she might be able to ride a horse, and this is a bit depressed. Is it possible for her to ride a scooter to continue, or there will be major problems? If there any problems, what would it be? As a note to those who believe scooter weight to be nothing to read, it's the manual: "Mass service, accessories and cargo must not exceed the maximum load limit of 77 kg (170 lb)

Will OK! The vehicle can handle a heavier load. Production always under the weight limit. Like mentioned above, inflation tire a little more than recommended, and the suspension settings on maximum. Enjoy the ride!
