Electric moped / motorcycle / scooter.?

Hi, Im looking for electric moped or motorcycle capable of 45 miles per hour with a decent series. I need to know some of what is reliable and a 2.5km would be nice. a brand name version of this: http://www.basestationzero.com/xtreme/xm2000index.php thanks. I with I could get exactly just that I'm afraid I can not trust the company. Is there anyone who bought it and had some luck? I really like, the cause of how cheap it is, and because it can do everything I need per day, plus a little extra just in case This is perfect.

It looks interesting. I wish there was somewhere where I could test drive one. It looks very similar to some of the Chinese electric scooters sold on e-Bay. They are almost always exaggerated top speed on these things. I noticed that the speedometer is marked in kilometers per hour, not miles per hour and the "red zone" begins at 45 km / h, which only works with up to 28 km / h, so I would say that would be very unlikely to get it around 35 mph, if you go to the cliff. I would be very interested in something like that, if the performance was better, but as it is, I would rather ride cycling.
