vesta scooter

I want to buy a scooter for driving around town. Any recommendations for a cheap model?

I live in Washington DC. I can afford to Vesta, which are, after all prices

It all depends on the speed limits DC. Think of the places you normally go ... There is way to get by using only the 30 mph road? If so, will the 50cc should be sufficient and save the cost of gas. If you're like me and need to do 45 mph in some places, you definitely need a 150cc or larger. Nice thing is 150 is that they have space to get out of sticky situations. You do not want to be up to 40 mph and must be in a situation where you have to go faster or die. I hear lot of bad talk Chinese scooters, and after looking at some myself, I can see why. I personally own Qlink Pegasus 150th Is produced in China, but quality control is performed Koreans. This helps a lot and you can see big differences in quality. I spent 2700 for my brand new. I almost 1k miles on it so far and it still runs great. My only problem is that the battery is discharged easily. The problem can be solved by upgrading to a good Interstate Batteries. My Peg gets to 75 mph on flat ground and gets around 70mpg. Good luck.
