How do you change the oil to 50 cc Vespa scooter engine?

ive had this about 5 years old Vespa. I actually won. My only problem is oil. I can not take to service center because its not fast enough to get it there on the highway (there are other ways how-to) and I dont have other ways to transport it. please help me. thanks.

Place wheel on its kick stand on level ground and look under the right side of the engine. You will see that a small screw (if not listed in the dirt) should be printed on OLIO head.
