Motorcycles and scooters in the USA.
If people in the U.S., used scooters and motorcycles as the primary form of transportation, what impact would it have the American lifestyle? Would be a solution, energy prices? In many countries, the car is not the main form of transport. Their use public transport and cycles. So if its possible to other countries, why not us?
I love motorcycles and get great mileage performance, but I do not think it would be practical for most of the daily traffic. You can only carry two people max in one at that time, no weather protection, and there would be many security problems. Motorcycles do not have safety devices to protect passengers and operaters. If you screw the car have some protection, not so much on the bike. I think that the hospital is full of wounded riders, if all went round like they drive cars, just not as much room for error. Wheels are great for some things, but not practicle for family use.
