I need to know what some parts for my 250cc scooter?

Here is a picture of who I want to know what they say in my scooter. This part of the hose comes directly from the upper reservoir. http://i699.photobucket.com/albums/vv357/zuse1000us/S5032552.jpg And this part of the picture below, I want to know what they say. This part comes from the hose 1 hose from the last picture and 2 hose goes to the "T" connection, on the one hand it is the carbohydrates and the other goes to the suction pipe. A 3 the hose picture below where is the air filter that is attached to the intake side carberator. http://i699.photobucket.com/albums/vv357/zuse1000us/S5032551.jpg So again I'm looking for what the name of the 2 parts are in the picture.

I believe that the first pic is a rollover valve, which is there to prevent fuel spillage the tank, you should ask the bike down. The second issue appears to be some sort of canister. As already mentioned, leave them alone. If your state emission laws are such that motorcycles must also be tested, or if, as the People's Republic of California, your condition looking to implement a smog laws for motorcycles, will have to be left in place. Since it is a 250cc scooter, there would was absolutely no benefit to removing them as well.
