Red skin everywhere!?

I live in Florida. I think I should say that could help. Feel the scooter and I get on your knees and elbows, bad. I do not think that has something to do with this tho. I was in a hotel in Key West, where I began to realize that pimple looking things on my thighs. They cat with them. I gave calamine cream on them. They are very itchy, but they hurt my leg itch. I watched them get to my feet, than it was just red itchy skin, it hurt to zero. it seems that the bugs bite But there are so many I do not think it was possible. Now I started to have red bumps across my hands and stomach, his face everywhere. Only on my face, it is not very visible, you can feel the skin tho. I do not want to spend a lot of money on a doctor. What these skin? How do I get rid of them? PS I've had chicken pox before
