Can a person 200 pounds Ride Yamaha Vino Classic?

My wife purchased Vino Classic (50cc) today, and when she got home the first thing by the manual and saw that he was 175 pounds weight limit, but its mass is about 200 pounds. It was really sad that she might be able to ride a horse, and this is a bit depressed. Is it possible for her to ride a scooter to continue, or there will be major problems?
