I have an electric scooter Terminator, that a neighbor gave me, before he moved and cannot figure out how to use it ... I had no manual and I cannot get to contact him .... i need help .... getting started how to make sure everthing works and how to determine what charger to buy .... 24 or 36 volts .... please help
