I looked at the web site for the Vespa scooter and have a suggested retail price of $ 5,396.00, I think the dealer can sell for less, but how much should I bargain for a reduced price? The buying out of season get a big discount.

U saves a ton if you buy last years model at the dealer, probably $ 1,500 or so on ... Or buy a 4-year one more half the price ...
