How do you name and license the vehicle that's basically saved?
I have an old moped for $ 25 and im fixing it. How I go to get the title, so I can license it when I had the opportunity to get in touch with the original owner? bike is stolen, he was fired after the garage sale and went around to people with no garage is processed.
