I have a Schwinn motor scooter?
I have a scooter schwinn 400 2007. I got it for Christmas, so it is not old. But it will not move. It says, that the full battery, but when I turn the handle nothing happens. My smartcharge system, so it could overcharge itself. A fuse is blown fuse. What else could be the problem?
