Do you have a GA driver is a license to operate a street legal motor scooter 49CC?
I recently had my license suspended and was looking for alternative modes of transport. I have been looking at scooters and heard from several people about the law concerning the legality of their qualifications and manipulate. To my understanding it is legal to drive a motor scooter, which GADOT is approved as long as it is under 49CC or without a license. I must find out exactly what laws are, therefore, that the arrest would be my life! Thanks for all the answers in advance
plain and simple, for it is illegal to take everything you need to insert it. This includes: all motorcycles, motor cars, vans, trucks, mopeds, scooters. mopeds must have a license plate and at the very least, regular driver's license ... even 14 or 15 years of age, must hold a permit to operate a moped on the street. look at ur state laws, and they would be very ZVLÁŠTNÍ. if u get caught driving the motorcycle will be cited for a driving under suspension at the very least, and at most certainly regret it.
