My neighbor has the most unruly children, and they are only 5 and 7 How can I just ignore it?
It is a complex problem next. Free mother, whose husband now stood up and left her and the children about 2 years ago. Children are sometimes so chaotic, I turn to my stereo just is not hear! Children run around screaming her unit, and the best? They ride their razor scooter in the hallway between our units. Momma does' t have a clue that her children are nothing less than a few untamed animals. I call CPS, our leadership society, they were fined $ $ .. What next? I called CPS because the girl screaming her head and it sounded like it was beaten by her father at the time ... The truth is, the kid was throwing a tantrum and her father was a guide on it .. mocked her .. You could hear through the walls. Crying and screaming continued for the better part of 1 hour, another incident with another neighbor called the police .. same. A child screaming as if he were defeated.
Sounds like he needs some help with parenting her children it could be her and I can not even leave his father might disabled children and they became like this and she has no what to do, so just allow them to get it
