Why are scooters street legal ATVs, but they are not?
I do not understand why ATV is not street legal in the U.S.. Four wheels are safer then two. Most ATV go faster. Moreover, in some other countries is legal. Why are legal there and not here? The only thing I can figure is that no signals, but again you can easily add. I understand why people are arguing for their query to either age, but I really believe in what you said, you can easily add in reverse and turn signals and mirrors the Quad (some have reverse but im talking YFZ-wise), but then we must also remember you cannot trash or harley scooter, yes, you super bike, but I hope not the retarded. So yes, we all could ATVs on the road, where there was none hinder corrupt and all that wheelies and stoppies and anything else you want to do on the road and not have their own property or on the track.
