Where can I find cheap scooter thats highway legal!?
Im will be turning 18 this summer, and also obtain their license. I want a scooter / moped laws, thats highway thats also quite cheap, as I am not so rich. How can I find something affordable and useful? Help please?
What state are you? If the U.S. - most states say a minimum 150cc to get to the highway, a few 15hp so might need a larger motor scooter. College of scooter shop or Japan Magor Road Motorcycle dealer may not have adequate cheapest - price of a decent used road / highway legal scooter. Usually 50cc mopeds / less, rather than legal highway. Honda 250 has been around long enough to be easily accessible whether Honda dealer. Old Vespas and Lambrettas may be slightly higher prices than their usefullness required of your choice, if maintained collectors keep the price when sale. Kymco seems that it is fair-Taiwan?
