Gas Moped Scooters are driving me nuts - Quiet, please!

Does the sound of gas moped scooter bother? It drives me nuts, let me explain. I recently moved to Spain from the UK and after getting my bearings one of the first things I noticed was the difference in the amount of cars on the road, now you would think that fewer cars would be good, but I have reservations. You can see that the crucial distinction here - the weather is better - about 300 sunny days of the year, which means that it is a huge part of the traveling public using motorcycles, mopeds and scooters.
Again, I hear you say that there must be a good thing, as it should be good for the environment, I agree, but in summer noise pollution, which occurs at peak times during the day and late into the night, can be unbearable. There is also the issue of stroke engines pumping pollutants into the atmosphere.
This got me thinking about how the scooter manufacturers should be the introduction of alternatives such machines. I began to look for the big ones like Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc., it seems, that the main culprits for the noise in the streets around his house. I was amazed at the work that was carried out in search of alternative modes energy, as a series hybrid Yamaha motorcycles, which were announced at a motor show in 2005. The problem is that it does not appear to have been placed on the market.
It seems that most of the major manufacturers have built concept models and showed them the big motor shows, but few of them were, and therefore on the street.
Honda has been a notable exception to that rule with the stunning Vectrix and have produced good-looking electric motorcycle which is packed with technology and is able to provide the traditional city bike run for the money. Compare them as a substitute, and it is difficult tell the difference between it and gasoline scooter, but when you open the gas shortage of engine noise gives away.
Plug it at night, and it will return more than 70 miles on two of our charge, it has a top speed of around 65 miles per hour and is very comfortable. One of the smartest things about the Honda Vectrix's "regenerative braking" Unlike natural gas scooter, gas scooter complacent when it is not slow but you twist it past it's resting point and the brakes kick in - it is twisted more brakes, and if so, turn the engine on the dynamo, which tops up the battery.
Part of this fabulous prize is round, with regard to the age group the average rider is probably between seventeen and thirty years, I think $ 12,000, which is about 8000 Euro could be a deterrent and will take some time to allow pr-owned enter the market.
In winter when the tourists go home and the city returned to normal noise subsides and you can hear the birds singing, I just hope that next year's big scooter manufacturers can break down the technological barriers, restricting the development of alternatively fueled bikes and scooters, we can live in peace.
