motor scooters laws california
Driving a honda c70 on a freeway bike lane?

Ok, so i have a honda c70 with 72cc. Im not sure if it is a scooter because it does not have a floorboard. Its under 125cc so its not a motorcycle, and it also says that it is a motor-driven cycle which i cant seem to find laws for. Well anyways, there is a bike lane on the freeway here in california, and im sure that although it can go 60mph on full throttle, its not freeway legal, and its bad for the engine anyways. So, can i ride on the class III bike lane on the freeway?

Same answer as before:
-----
Legally, the Honda C70 is a "motor-drive cycle."

Most freeways in California prohibit motor-driven cycles. If there is no signage at the freeway on ramp you may ride on that freeway up to the point where you see the sign directing motor-driven cycles off the freeway.

Motor vehicles, including motor-driven cycles, are prohibited from using bicycle paths. A Class III bike route is a motor vehicle route that bicycles may take.

REPEAT:

You may NOT ride on a bicycle path
You may NOT ride on a freeway that prohibits pedestrians, bicycles, motor-driven cycles.
You MAY ride anywhere you are not prohibited.
