Name: Venkata Satyanarayana VADAPALLI. MALE: 43Years. It is not known & Hypertension diabetic. History: On June 5, 2001, when I rode scooters [two-Wheeler] skid road turning. At the time of skidding left leg, while still towards supporting all my weight to avoid falling into the road witnessed the total body weight on his left leg and ended with severe leg pain and foot drop. On June 29, 2001 to identify the arterial blood clot in the left lower extremity. Then taken treatment Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Panjagutta, Hyderabad Unfractioned with heparin for 10 days. 0n September 26, 2001 to identify deep vein thrombosis to the common iliac and treated with low molecular weight heparin for 10 days. Then check all Thrombolytic work-up, hereditary Thrombophiliea in Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India, and definitive diagnosis, as there is no known genetic problems, and it is purely POST TRUMETIC arterial and venous THOMBOSIS.
