license question Vespa scooter?
I'm living in the UK on long-term work permits and put off getting a license here because of insurance costs and general problems with your own car. But I am now Vespa is considering buying a scooter to get around town. My understanding is that one is just 'a student license "for the scooters, which have Some engine capacity (up to 125cc?), but I have not found any clear information about this online. I know that I had to take CBT test, but must first be a learner's license before? Anyway, I had a driver's license in the U.S. for about 16 years, so I have a new driver in general, only the UK ... Thanks.
If you have a full license we can not drive here legally, you are right, if not so.if you need a provisional license and CBT before you can ride
