I have a 49cc scooter jonway registration?
Jonway I have a scooter and I took it to the DMV and I did not see the emission label what can I do get registered in California? I was thinking maybe something along the line to claim that I made from a kit? Im not sure ..... Thanks John, I asked and they said no .....
Can not you do DMV just put it through emissions testing?
