California legal gas scooters?
does anybody know where there is a list or something that shows California legal gas scooters? I really don't want an electric one or moped but if i have to, which electric scooters can handle hills and go fast?
The Kymco is a better scooter than the Japanese brands. Any of the name brands can handle the hills. Kymco having a better warranty and cheaper. The ones on the internet are for the most part junk. Also you have to be old enough to drive.
