Motorized wheelchairs?
Motorized carts? In Wisconsin, it is possible to use motorized carts streets and roads, such as motor scooters,,,, Wisconsin BICYCLE LAW, "is defined as a cartwheel. [340.01 (5)] Vehicle Operator have the same rights and subject to the same duties as the driver of a vehicle [346.02 (4) (a)], so the engine cars are under the wheels, too,,,, or must remain on those we are uneven, bumpy, craked sidewalks?
I can not give a good answer but I can tell you that they are considered bicycles. That being said, logic suggests that if bikes, horses and people may use public roads, motorized carts may be the same, and that whether the law applies specifically or not, you should follow all applicable traffic regulations. (I can see it here on the road sometimes, but I live in another state.)
