Buying a used scooter?
One of my Meet the 2003 model NV LML Vespa Scooter having done 32000 km and saw himself is in good condition. The insurance value is R 15,000. He wants to sell for 15 K, as he says, that since the insured value is 15K because the selling price is also the same amount. The rate of 15 K justified? Should Buy for this price?
