Can my daughter ride on the back of a scooter?
I'm trying to find out if my daughter is 7 years old Virginia ride on back of a scooter or moped? She would have on a helmet, and with a responsible adult. She is very well behaved, and follow the rules, so I know she would not squirming all over the place, but I want continue to ensure that they would be safe, and they are not against the law?
Hello UK Our laws are all ages, but they must sit astride the bicycle and their feet, the foot pegs comfortably. Good basic common sense, even if it means upgrading or building your new set of rear footrests. Andy C
