I bought a new battery from harlfords bike, it was maintenance-free, I put liquid inside and sealed it. installed my an400cc scooter Suzuki Burgman 2000 and I wonder if I have to charge it? or it can be used immediately.

A new battery should always be charged.Lots people who do not, but your battery will live longer if you have.
