You can bring mobility scooter on the way to the gate of your trip?

I am disabled and I am going the Philippines, and I wondered if I can ride my mobility scooter to fly the gate and have saved the plane once the gate and load again upon arrival destination? It is also considered as part of their luggage?

I bet you can, but if not, will provide you with an airport wheelchair and someone (s) to you and your luggage to the gate.
