Should I buy the Vespa Lambretta?
Hello im thinking of buying a scooter, 125cc max riding around the city, not just heavy about.Is runs better than Vespa Lambretta? seems to have a greater value for money, but they are pretty kewl lambrettas however. I thought I was buying it on eBay with a price range of £ 400 to 500 my nice one in good condition that you think? also insurance, MOT etc., it's cheap? any help would be great, thanx guys.
Personal preference. I like style, ride handling, easy maintenance, reliability, or modern or vintage. I bet that you are from Britain. If you have, there are many scooter shops around when buying vintage. You can get parts and service, both for the Vespa and Lammy. If you want to run modern. I'd Vespa. Its better than modern Lambretta, which is currently outside the market. (Indian-based company brought "Lambretta" name and sell its own generic scooters under its label.) Sorry, no idea how much insurance is more than there.
