Kymco Scooters are good?
Watch Xciting 250 or 250 Grand Vista. Know nothing about Kymo ... you have some experience with them? Are good scooters? Reliable? Good or bad service? Any thoughts would help in my decision.
He quoted from another source, but no one could have come out, right? Righttttt ......... How do you get what you pay for. I will try with a group of scooter in the "levels" price and quality, so you know which one that you are interested in, falls. Top Tier: Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Vespa, ITALJET, Aprilia, Piaggio etc. These are large dollar high class machines. Very reliable and extremely well made. 2nd Tier: Kymco, Daelim, SYM, original, etc. These are slightly lower prices than the Japanese and Italian machines. They are very reliable and well built as well. Probably the best bang for the buck comes from this class. (I have a real heat for this claim), 3 Tier: Q-Link, Fly-Scooters, TNG, Diamo, Adly, Argo, Derbi, E-ton, United Motors, Schwinn, CPI, etc. These scooters sell only through dealers, not on-line sales. They are good machines and give you great service. Less than $ $ amount to get Tier, fit and finish is not quite as good, but still very good. Backed by a good and decent warranty. 4th Tier: Bandit Scooters, Baron Scooters, Vento and Strada (QJ), Motofino, Hyosung and Zhongshen. I'll tentatively add RicardoMotors here as they are built by reputable society and to guarantee a trustworthy seller. Internet and / or merchant selling only motorcycles with a decent reputation. Expect some problems, but nothing serious. Importers have good results parts support and honor their warranty. Last Tier: Tank, rocket, SunL, verruca, Big Chief, Viva, Primo, JM-Star, and more. This is a scooter you normally see on Ebay. They can be great tools, but generally more complaints about them than others. However, they are the least expensive, and if you are mechanically oriented person can be an excellent value. Not the best choice for the total novice who lacks the mechanical skills. If this is the best we can afford to buy from a local dealer, who will prep and keep it for you. Usually this class of watercraft that will only cost several hundred more to buy local than on ... and you're ready to go without assembly! Another disadvantage of the Internet is the legality and scooters paperwork. If you buy from a licensed dealer in your state, you will have no trouble from the DMV. If you buy from online retailer DMV can do to jump through hoops to register your new toy! One more thing, most online retailers do not ship your documents (Bill of Sale Manufacturers and certificates of origin) with scooters and there are stories of people waiting weeks to be! This is the best way of explaining the big picture. Do not allow your eyes to flood your common sense. Good horse!
