Right to own a Piaggio scooter Diesis 100 due to cold weather, Electric start is useless. My start will be of a limp during the digging that springs back to where it should go, but you can not feel anything moving, just .. addressed? Im really stuck without wheels, is there any suggestions? PS. its not teeth on the kickstart, cuz ive took off the lever to start & & turning it with pliers, certainly for his stick!

Might You should replace the battery, so your electric starter will work again. You may have damaged internals / Spring inside the kick starter.
