I gotta brand 150cc scooter?
just duped into buying 150cc-guy told me it was 49CC w / governor removed. Enjoy I added speed, but the guy obviously did not provide a title, so I would not even know how to get the same plate. do i just need to insure, or plate required? (Kentucky)
