I went back later scooters-key, but only got 1981 Honda C70. Has started, choke, etc. Before I do something that is a step-by-step procedure to run it?

Turn on the ignition, choke fully, kick starter until the fire, after running close the choke half way until it warms up a few minutes and ride.After with whom is no longer need to choke again, if not start or has been sitting long enough to get cold again.
