Morbid obesity is a handicap? There are at least two people at work who use these scooters, provided
for them at the expense of society. I always assumed that they have something like MS or any other mobility restrictions disease. As it turns out, it's just because they are obese. Not that it's really my thing, but .... It came because I was on crutches with a broken ankle and security guy said that when I'm tired lame around, they could buy me a scooter. I was shocked, and he said:
