what scooter is the best for the tiny budget buyer?
i won't ever be going highway but still would like a scooter that can hit the highway mph. the only scooter dealer around me is a honda. i live in hilliard/columbus, ohio. any other places to go would be nice and any suggestions welcome.
and i mean a full scooter, not the kind that kids ride.
I suggest you buy the scooter online like I did, but at a safe place like, say, www.henryscooters.com. I bought mine there and it worked perfectly. Although, I think they are updating their site. Keep that in mind!
