Scooter vs small motorcycle in Georgia?
I live in the suburbs of Atlanta as a university student. I need something safe and affordable for simple tasks, such as food and errands. I do not need to be able to go on the highway at all. I do not want look silly on sissy scooter = s. So I scooter or small motorcycle? If so, what? And what are the rules for those who are in Georgia?
