How do you replace the foam hand grips Shaver model for Scooter?

My handle is ripped

My son had same problem. I cut it with scissors, and bought some new rubber mounts from the bike shop ..... All hands grip the wheel to work ... little cooler days. Handles pipe is slightly greater on a razor, so it will snug fit .... use some grease or oil to them, But once you are there. They wont budge. Luck.
