Newton Scooters Projects
How to make a Newton Scooter with these requirements?
In my science class, we have to do a lot of projects this year. I decided for one of my projects to a Newton Scooter but I'm coming up short.
Here are the requirements:
must move forward by pushing back on something
must stay on the floor
must have propulsion device attached
must start with a simple release of the hand
CANNOT use electricity, balloons, gravity, fluids, be pushed, use human or animal force, or be shot by a slingshot
Please help!

We have to do the same thing! At first I thought “What if I shook up a can of soda!” but then I thought of the mess! But then my Dad said “Oh, what about rubberband powered?” I’m still trying to find ideas. Hope this some-what helped!
