What mopeds / scooters are legal and affordable to ride the streets of California?
I was looking for information on mopeds / scooters and basically explain it all to me, as mpg, costs, what is the maximum light that goes down to what "cc" means, etc. I need to know what the legal driving in the streets of California as a vehicle. If anyone has any information or reputable sites or dealers, please let me know. Thanks Oh and if anyone has items that would be ok to commute to and from school on the streets (not highways) which is about 15 minutes, or is it dangerous? or the car was better, even if the price is higher? Also, other than riding in the bike Lane, where Riding on the streets, it should be a specific type of license?
Scooter would be great for what you want. But three top rated brands scooter in the world, not in Japan. Piaggio Vespa and then finally KYMCO. Of the three KYMCO is probably best to run on city streets up to 35 mph, which would Agility 50 and can get 100 + MPG. After the Agility 125 is 55 mph and maybe 80mpg. Both are about 2k out the door. Much better than any of the JAP scooters. Also, for what you are doing is real, and Buddy are the property of the Vespa is not just how expensive.
