What do I need for a 250cc motor scooter in Maryland?
I am interested to buy 250 cc scooter. I live in Maryland. What kind of permission do I need to use one? What is the fastest I can go on the road? I am allowed to go on the highway? Will I need insurance and registration?
motorcycle license, not usually above 150 cc, you can go anywhere, and can keep 55 or perhaps 65 mph, but remember that what smaller wheel on the interstate, long journey, the more clothes, shorts, you'll have more break downs the chains, tires, etc., plus the engine wear out faster, I hope this helps
