I need help with maintenance on the 150cc 4 stroke scooter?

I have a 2006 Lifan LF150T-6 150cc scooters. I have no instruction manual and I do not know What maintenance intervals should be. I would also like to know what type and weight of oil to use. It 150cc 4 stroke engine with 600 M Please help, thank you. Also, if you know whare I owner's manual, it would be great.

I would like to use Rotelle oil and maintenance wise just change the timing belt.
