They Mérat and Lance scooters good?
I am interested in buying one of these brands moped / scooter and would like some feedback from people that own them or people who have some experience with scooters in general. Any red flag of the company? I am interested in the 150cc and both companies offer reasonable prices. Meratos offer slightly higher HP, than you, Lance. This means that it is better Mérat 4 stroke engines?
