I ride a Vespa scooter on motorways CA?

Hi, I'm Vespa scooter potential buyers. I live in the East Bay, California and work in San Francisco, California. The distance is about 30 miles, and mostly, as you can imagine, the highway (which contains the bridge). I ride a scooter Vespa on the highway? And some are some of Vespa scooters highway legal? I tried to find some information on the Internet, but most people say Honda is the best choice for the highway. But I really do not like the look and the idea of Honda scooters. Can you please information on highway / interstate use of the Vespa scooter? Rules and regulations? Models I plan to buy is in the range of 150cc to 200cc. A potential road I will travel to the 580 East / West, 880 and 101 South / North. This includes over a Bay Bridge or San Mateo Bridge (Perhaps Dumbarton Br) Thanks, Dane

You need Vespa with a larger engine, so they can ride on the highway. Also be a motorcycle license.
