Is 50cc gas scooter laws in San Francisco without a license? Heard I was slightly less than 50 cc (gas or electirc) is legal, is it true? Can someone please answer? Got plan to buy one soon. Thank you for your help ~
u cannot ride either on the street or sidewalk. If you are in doing so the police impounding will be fined for it as well. are only legal on private property. u can listen to those who know, or it ur own and learn hard. btw, they are so small that they are almost impossible to spot until the right over them ... in that case, not possible to avoid running over u.
