Gopeds are not legal in California now?
Enjoy the high gas prices I thought I found a good solution travel around the city. I am thinking about buying a goped is 5or 49cc under 39cc. Good thing goped you do not register, or insurance you just have a standard license. If i buy, I have one with a 4 stroke engine, if they gopeds with 4 strokes. But there has been a recent law which says that you can not use gopeds in California? All it really is, is to build a gas scooter that governed by the same laws as the wheel. I just want to make sure that gopeds still legally used in California?
