I would like to buy a 150cc gas scooter for my son!?

I do not know where to start, and I've heard people have bad experience in finding parts, after buying their scooter.I 'm on a budget, so I have always something affordable and quality. Looks are important, well.Please help someone in there with some advice I would certainly appreciate that for the present for my son for Christmas.

The three highest rated in the world are scooters and Vespa Piaggio and Kymco. Of the three Kymco is the best price, not the Chinese society and out preform and are more reliable than the jap scooters and even cheaper. They have many sizes and styles to choose from. In the years that I was around them, rarely need more than oil or valve adjustment.
