Motor scooter laws in Texas?
I would desperately like to know, electric / gas-powered scooter laws and age border in Texas. And there's the law requires a helmet, what are the age restrictions? I am 13 years old, and I know it's legal to ride my weak electric scooter, but do not know about a watt or higher cc scoter. Believe me, I was looking for google a lot.
must be 50 cc or under be considered a moped in Texas anything above that you have to license
