electrical problems on the vehicle .. help ..?

I have a 04 vento scooter horn, starter, lights and do not work. I tested the starter and it does not get its just power from the wire, some things work as blinkers and bright switch, and brake light, if u press the brakes, but I checked the switches and wires, it seems to be an alarm system or theft, relays and controllers tensions are built into it for some electrical and I have the key for the wireless alarm. is there anyway to bypass or disarm alarm problem? thanks.

I would try to disconnect the battery as ten minutes happiness
