Electric moped / scooter riding on the road to 14/15 years in Queensland?

Hi, I'm about to get Raptor electric scooter thing as one goes from 30 to 50 km / h and I thought, I like old enough to get one? Am I allowed to ride on the road? Because I'm riding that would school, and I heard a lot of them, and it would really help me if you tell me some rules of the road or anything, thank you. Here is a link at the top of the page is a picture of that is hot pink - OMG its gorgeous! http://www.free-bird. com.au / HTMLpages / Raptor.html

hmmm, I do not know if I would call it gorgeuous ... but that's irrelevant. advertising claims do not need registration. Are you "as" old enough to get one? I would like to assume that yes, they do not require registration. I'm not sure of Queensland, Australia, but in the U.S., if someone where to take back roads and stay out of the way of transport, and highly doubt it would be a problem. If I were you, I would call the local police station and ask them if it is a problem with that. Make sure you call non-emergency number call. I'm sure they will be more than happy to tell you about the laws relating to these scooters.
