The new Canon PowerShot SX20IS the mega-zoom, the new model, which was just released in mid-August this year (2009). This is the successor to the very successful model that has been reining SX10IS bestseller on the charts for quite some time.

Picture quality is absolutely stunning in light of its price range. They were even better in many ways, than those taken on some of my more expensive DSLR.

At first glance may seem Canon PowerShot SX20IS little bulky, but it is really surprising, pleasant to the touch. Is good, comfortable grip and feels very durable. With the looks of this new model, it seems that Canon is set to rein mega-zoom camera market for a long time to come. Today time Canon PowerShot SX20IS retails around $ 399 each.
