I need to know where to hook the red and black wire that comes from motor scooters to child scooter.?

I bought a motor scooter that I found the reason i think this is what is needed. Now I have it all apart and forgotten how to get back together.Do know where I should hook the red and black coming from the engine to scooter. is a kid electric scooter. 2006 X-Treme X-360 Electric 250 Watt Scooter is his name.

Just trying to one side and see what happens. If its bad, just rotate the engine back.
